Qualifications Experience of minimum 3 years in the similar position of 4/5 stars hotel Graduated from university majoring in Culinary Art Fluent in English or other language in both spoken and written Having leadership skills, teamwork, and communication skills Proactive, highly-motivated, and pleasant personality Expert for western food, Fine Dining experience is an advantage Budgeting skills to control costs Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends Communicate thoughts, actions plan clearly with strong networking skills. Proven abilities in attaining targets in all key measurements relating to financials, guest satisfaction, colleague engagement and standards compliance Strong leadership ability with specific strengths in quality production and innovative style Proven ability to achieve fiscal targets through implementation of inventory control logistics Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time
