Laboratory Engineer

Overview Laboratory Engineer in the Innovation Laboratory.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily analytical laboratory work in Indonesia, performing testing and method development within agreed timeframes.

Prepare test reports and manage the cigarette import process.

Maintain safety standards and contribute to laboratory accreditation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Laboratory Analyst.

Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Good command of English (active and passive).

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of cigarettes and filters.

Experience in analyzing TNCO (Tar, Nicotine, CO) and using Hoffman units.

Proficiency with Smoking Machines, Gas Chromatography (GC) and Liquid Chromatography (LC).

Good understanding of ISO 17025:2017.

Exposure to Method Development and Method Validation processes.

Location Job placement will be in Sidoarjo – East Java.
