About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Indonesia Regional Manager

to lead our business development efforts and manage operations across Indonesia. This role will focus on expanding our footprint in the

IT manpower outsourcing ,

software solutions , and

BPO services

sectors. You will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading the local team to achieve commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development efforts for

IT outsourcing

,

software services

, and

BPO solutions

in Indonesia

Build and execute go-to-market strategies to expand regional presence and client base

Identify and engage enterprise clients, develop relationships, and close strategic deals

Lead local sales and operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management

Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention

Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, delivery, legal, HR) to ensure service quality and compliance

Represent the company at relevant industry events, forums, and conferences

Requirements

Minimum

8 years

of experience in

B2B sales

,

IT manpower outsourcing

, or

enterprise software solutions

Proven track record in business development and market expansion, preferably in Indonesia

Strong knowledge of Indonesia's

technology and outsourcing landscape

Experience with companies such as

Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud

, or similar competitors is an advantage

Excellent leadership skills with prior experience

managing teams and scaling operations

Proficient in

English and Bahasa Indonesia

(Chinese proficiency is a plus)

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management abilities

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications Experience launching or growing a business from

0 to 1

in a new region

Background in cloud technology, enterprise IT services, or large-scale tech project delivery

Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and government/enterprise decision-makers
