Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

– Execute marketing activities to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Sales Achievement

– Sell the company’s products to meet and exceed sales goals.

Supply Chain Monitoring

– Ensure customers receive orders on time, with correct specifications and quantities, according to agreements.

Customer Relations

– Build and maintain strong relationships to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Integrity & Ethics

– Uphold high ethical standards in all professional activities.

Educational Background

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemical Engineering and Business.

Experience

– Minimum 1 year experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Analytical Skills

– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Communication Skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication; diligent and proactive.

Language Proficiency

– Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.

Technical Skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Contract

– Year contract based, with an opportunity to become permanent employees based on performance.
