Role Overview As an

Affiliate Specialist , your main responsibility is to develop, manage, and optimize the company’s affiliate marketing program to drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

Design and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, revenue), generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Ensure all content produced by affiliates adheres to brand guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

Experienced in managing strategy for affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Skilled in maintaining relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to optimize performance.

Familiar with affiliate tools and performance metrics, providing insights and adjustments to maximize ROI.

Strong analytical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Up-to-date on industry trends (skincare and makeup) in both influencer and affiliate marketing to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
