Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experienced in broadcasting, audio/video production, or related industries is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a related role. Good understanding of broadcast equipment, including cameras, video switchers, audio systems, playout systems, and other supporting equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to configure and manage network systems. Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
