Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct preliminary and detailed cost estimations for construction projects.

Analyze working drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate cost calculations.

Compare and evaluate price proposals from contractors and vendors.

Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the owner’s perspective.

Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams for cost validation.

Ensure that all cost estimates comply with the company’s budgeting standards and policies.

Provide cost analysis reports and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architecture

Work Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in retail store construction, specifically in the role of Interior Designer

Language: Indonesian and English

Retail & Consumer Products 101-1,000 employees
