Responsibilities

Input distribution received payment to Globe3

Assist Audit Process

Assist Annual Tax Report

Create Credit Note

Reporting for LKPM

Create Good Valuation & Purchase Invoice for Local Supplier

Update payment status at bank indonesia

Reconcile Receipt Payment with Bank Statement

Reconcile Account Receivable from Distriburtiion

Filling Document GR GV PI Direct Shipment and DHL Shipment

Record Purchase Credit Note

Requirements

Minimum S1 in accounting.

At least 2 year of working experience in accounting and tax

Deep knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in Indonesia

Proficient in using accounting software (ERP)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required Language (s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

Having experience working in an auditor is preffered

IT skills required: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Having sertification in accounting and taxation (Brevet A & B)

Domicile in Jakarta
