Company Description Ginkgo Living is a Senior Living Facility including serviced apartments for seniors and a Senior Activity Center in South Jakarta. We strive to provide a home in a senior‑friendly environment, surrounded by a caring community. Our residents share a passion for life, a daily active lifestyle, and a healthy diet. Our operation is inspired by Christian values, emphasizing the dignity of life. We plan to start operations in late 2026.

Role Description The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and developing and implementing business strategies. This role provides strategic leadership across operations including facility management, housekeeping, kitchen, human resources, sales, and the senior activity center.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related fields.

Experience as a Hotel GM or in a senior management position.

Experience in pre‑opening is a plus.

Skills in project management, leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compassion for people, especially the elderly.
