KOL Specialist - TECNO Indonesia

As a KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the Indonesian market to drive awareness, engagement and advocacy for TECNO's mobile products. Working closely with the marketing team, you will leverage your expertise in influencer marketing to identify, recruit and collaborate with the right KOLs to reach our target audience effectively.

What you’ll be doing Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy to support TECNO's marketing campaigns and new product launches

Identify and recruit relevant KOLs across various social media platforms and content genres that align with TECNO's brand and target customer profiles

Negotiate and manage contracts with KOLs, ensuring their content and activations meet TECNO's marketing objectives and guidelines

Monitor and analyse the performance of KOL partnerships, providing recommendations to optimise their impact and reach

Collaborate with the content and social media teams to integrate KOL content and amplify their impact across TECNO's digital channels

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices and regulations in the influencer marketing landscape

What we’re looking for 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile technology industry

Strong understanding of the Indonesian social media landscape and the preferences of different target audiences

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to effectively engage with KOLs

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimise the performance of KOL partnerships

Familiarity with relevant social media and marketing analytics tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
