Main Responsibilities

Responsible in forecast submission monthly and yearly with main focus on gross margin and BMI

Do gross margin variance analysis

Manage and control BMI budgeting and operational

Prepare strategic actual and forecast performance pack for local and global team

Responsible for reporting excellence in PC Finance

Responsible for performance reporting in Oral care and Deodorants

Candidate Criteria Experience & Qualification

Having FP&A or P&L forecasting would be benefit

University degree, preferably on Finance, Accounting, or Management Major.

Skill

Strong critical and analytical thinking

Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools

Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal

Experience with ERP system

Excellence knowledge on financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance standard

Strong leadership skill and can become mentor for other team members

Ability to deal with big number and translate it into insight for various stakeholder

Capability to adapt in high tension working environment
