As a Medical Services Coordinator, you’ll be the frontline link between patients, hospitals, and insurers—handling inbound/outbound calls, arranging doctor appointments and hospital admissions, and coordinating emergency medical evacuations. You’ll keep every case moving smoothly by documenting accurately in our systems, communicating clearly with all parties, and following established medical and service protocols. You’ll work with supportive colleagues in a fast‑paced, international environment, and build skills that can grow your career—while helping deliver timely, high‑quality care to customers across Asia and beyond. Your work ensures every customer receives the right help, at the right time.
This role will be employed under Allianz Partners Indonesia (PT. AZP Services Indonesia).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls; provide empathetic, professional support in emergency and non‑emergency situations; assess needs and offer solutions
Coordinate medical services (doctor appointments, hospital admissions, emergency medical evacuations) with providers, insurers, and relevant parties
Accurately document all interactions and services; maintain confidential, up‑to‑date records; prepare scheduled reports for the Supervisor
Communicate clearly with clients on services and coverage; manage complaints and escalates when necessary
Ensure activities comply with regulations and company policies; join training; contribute to service quality improvements
Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
Key Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and clear verbal/written communication
Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly and efficiently
Proficient with computers and CRM software; strong typing skills
Strong time management and sound decision‑making
English proficiency (oral and written)
Good To Have (not Required)
Degree, certification, or experience in a healthcare‑related field
Experience in medical assistance, emergency services, or insurance
Working Pattern and Location
Rotating shifts including nights; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day; 2 days off/week
Public holidays may be rostered
Office: WTC 6, Jakarta (easy access)
