Billing Officer (contract)

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the completeness of document handovers from the billing team.

Prepare all necessary supporting documents.

Verify that the documents meet the requirements for invoice submission.

Compile all required invoice documents and distribute them to the collector.

Prepare the necessary supporting documents for invoices sent via JNE courier.

Proactively follow up on the status of each invoice.

Submit invoices to the B2B system and download necessary attachments.

Recap and file all document handovers (TTF) invoices.

Follow up on any pending issues regarding invoice submission.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG industry as Billing Staff.

Can work either as team or independently.

Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Experience in journalizing.

Excellent in Microsoft Excel, such as lookup & pivot.

Work smart, dynamic, detail oriented, and fast response.

Good integrity and attitude.
