Responsibilities: Implementing and maintaining the organization's data protection and privacy program. Assisting with the development and enforcement of data protection policies, procedures, and training, as well as monitoring compliance and handling data subject requests.

Qualifications: Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field. Has at least 5-7 years experience in Data Protection, Privacy, Compliance, Risk Management, or Information Security. Possess a deep understanding of personal data protection and privacy, including the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and other related regulations. Experienced in developing and implementing Data protection policies and procedures also Privacy notices and data governance frameworks. Capable of conducting risk assessments, privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA), as well as managing data breach incidents. Understand the concepts of data lifecycle management, data security, access control, and incident response.
