About the RoleAs a Finance Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s financial administration and payment processes. This position is designed to:Ensure smooth and accurate financial documentation and transactionsMaintain daily reconciliation and reporting disciplineSafeguard compliance and efficiency in payment proceduresProvide reliable support to internal stakeholders through precise financial operations Key Responsibilities:Prepare and complete required documents for disbursement and payment processesDraft dealer financing disbursement lettersPerform daily bank and plafond reconciliationsInput payments via internet banking accurately and on timeCreate payment registers and record transactions in line with company systemsOrganize and maintain filing of financial documents QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in AccountingFresh graduates are welcome; minimum 1 year of related experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordDetail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative team playerWilling to work onsite at Arista Group Head Office (Kalimalang, East Jakarta) ?
