Deliver quality legal services for the law firm’s clients. Lead legal projects and/or cases assigned by the law firm. Train and develop associates to help them excel in their roles. Participate in the law firm’s activities beyond legal services and champion initiatives for the law firm’s development. Maintain and develop professional networks. Education and Experience Information: Bachelor degree in law from a reputable university; a master degree will be an advantage. 5 to 9 years of experience in the legal industry, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel in a company. Admission to the Indonesian bar (advocate license) will be an advantage. Good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations and ability to conduct legal research. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Additional Requirements: Good communication and relationship skills. Strong but pleasant personality with commercial awareness.
