Primary School Teacher - Kids Republic School East Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Responsibilities

Observe, guide, supervise, and assess children in a Montessori or academic classroom setting.

Develop lesson plans, learning activities, and personalized curriculum based on each child’s needs.

Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with students and parents.

Monitor children’s detail progress and provide written assessments and reports.

Ensure classroom materials and equipment are complete, available, and well-maintained.

Managing classroom efficiently and implementing daily school routines.

Participate and in charge actively in school events and activities.

Become a role model for students and peers.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related discipline is preferred.

Completed training at an accredited Montessori center and/or has teacher certification proficient in early childhood education and curriculum.

A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching and developing lesson plans in a Montessori preschool-aged school (1.5 - 6 years).

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Patient, observant, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and treat others with love and respect.

Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks efficiently.
