We are currently looking for a motivated, experienced and hand-on

Site Manager for our projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

The Site Manager acts as the primary on-site representative of the company and serves as the key interface with customers, contractors, and internal project teams. The position is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day on-site activities during installation, commissioning, and handover of BESS projects. Project commissioning management within the area, from project mobilization to SAT completion. On-site resource coordination: Coordinate personnel within the region/service provider personnel, allocate resources such as spare parts and tools, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Safety and Quality Management: Responsible for on-site operational safety. Technical Issue Resolution: Responsible for the feedback and promotion of on-site technical issues to ensure the smooth delivery of the project Personnel Management: Responsible for personnel scheduling and daily technical growth Responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and improving regional service satisfaction

Qualifications:

Technical Bachelor degree or technical education or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or energy-related fields. 5+ years of experience in site management, construction supervision, or installation management, preferably in energy, power, or industrial projects. Strong hands-on experience managing works on active construction or industrial sites. Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical installation activities. Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices. Willingness to work full-time on customer sites and travel within Central and Eastern Europe Fluent working knowledge of

English and Chinese is a must.
