Job Description
Supervise HR operations , including onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Manage compensation and benefits administration , including insurance and claims.
Oversee legal documentation , such as employment contracts, company regulations, and compliance with labor laws.
Handle general affairs duties , including office management, asset control, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with external legal counsel
and ensure the company complies with local legal and labor regulations.
Ensure timely renewal and compliance
of business permits, licenses, and other regulatory documentation.
Develop and enforce company policies , standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal guidelines.
Monitor and analyze HR and GA budgets , ensuring efficient cost control and resource allocation.
