About the role

As an Accounting Supervisor at PT Ekacitta Dian Persada, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial reporting and accounting operations. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya, and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information to support the company's strategic decision‑making. What you’ll be doing

Supervise and manage the day‑to‑day accounting activities, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to streamline operations. Train and mentor junior accounting staff to develop their skills and knowledge. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. What we’re looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting supervisory or managerial role (preferably from a distributor company). Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and tax regulations. Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. About us
