Head of Sales – New Business Development
About the Role
Blibli Private Label (BPL), part of Blibli Group, operates within the private label industry — designing, developing, and delivering high-quality products that reflect Blibli’s standards of trust, innovation, and care. As we strengthen our footprint in consumer electronics, we are accelerating our offline and omnichannel expansion strategy nationwide.
As
Head of Sales – New Business Development , you will play a dual strategic and execution role:
identifying new business growth strategies while simultaneously running and scaling the sales organization . This role is not only about generating ideas — it is about building the commercial engine that turns strategy into sustainable revenue growth.
You will define new business models, expand distribution networks, unlock new partnerships, and build a scalable sales structure for consumer electronics products. With strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, you will have the autonomy to shape your own team, structure, and go-to-market approach — driving both immediate results and long-term commercial expansion.
Your leadership will directly determine how fast and how far BPL scales within the consumer electronics market.
What You’ll Work on
Identify and design new business strategies to expand private label penetration and unlock new revenue streams.
Build, run, and scale the national sales organization for consumer electronics products.
Develop and execute commercial roadmaps, sales strategies, and growth targets across channels.
Expand and strengthen distributor networks and offline retail partnerships nationwide.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing structures, and commercial agreements with principals, manufacturers, and distributors.
Drive execution excellence across order management, distribution, activation, and performance monitoring.
Build forecasting models, pipeline visibility, and performance dashboards to support data-driven scaling.
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with aggressive growth targets.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
7–10 years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years in consumer electronics or consumer products.
Strong experience in sectors such as consumer electronics, mobile/audio accessories, lifestyle tech products, or fast-moving tech SKUs.
Proven track record in building and scaling offline retail channels, including electronics chains, modern trade, and specialty gadget stores.
Demonstrated ability to create new business strategies and successfully execute them at scale.
Strong understanding of private label ecosystems, commercial operations, and product lifecycle management.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into growth strategies.
Entrepreneurial, execution-focused leader who thrives in high-growth environments.
