This role is responsible for day-to-day social media execution, ensuring all published content aligns with Kozystay’s brand guidelines, campaign direction, and engagement goals. The primary focus is accuracy, consistency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement of social media performance across platforms. Create and maintain a social media content plan, including captions and posting schedules Publish scheduled posts accurately across assigned platforms Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual standards consistently Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner Monitor and track daily performance metrics (reach, engagement, basic insights) Identify opportunities to improve engagement rates through content optimization and interaction Support the execution of campaign launches, including coordination with content and marketing teams Maintain organized documentation of posted content, performance tracking, and engagement logs
