We are looking for a

Clinic Manager

to lead and manage the overall operations of our

dental clinic , ensuring exceptional patient experience, strong business performance, and seamless coordination between medical and non-medical teams. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery Lead, coach, and supervise clinic staff (dentists, nurses, front office, and support teams) Ensure premium patient experience from registration to post-treatment follow-up Monitor clinic performance, including revenue, cost control, productivity, and patient satisfaction Implement SOPs, service standards, and quality control aligned with premium healthcare standards Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, budgeting, promotions, and operational alignment Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, and internal policies Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum

4-5 years of experience

as Clinic Manager / Branch Manager (healthcare, dental, aesthetic, or hospital preferred) Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills Customer‑centric mindset with strong service excellence orientation Analytical and business‑driven, comfortable with targets and KPIs
