Key Responsibilities: Own global VIP portfolio performance (revenue, retention, exposure, incentives). Define segmentation, tiers, benefits, and engagement strategy. Lead VIP onboarding and long-term player lifecycle. Build and manage a high-performing VIP team. Drive competitive differentiation within the crypto casino space. Oversee VIP community presence

Requirements: Proven VIP leadership experience within crypto casinos (essential). 5+ years in VIP / high-value portfolio management in iGaming. Strong commercial ownership mindset. Experience building teams and operating models. Deep understanding of crypto high-value player behaviour.
