Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator

Job Summary Join a leading contractor in Singapore as a Building Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator, driving effective coordination and supervision of mechanical and electrical works to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure mechanical and electrical works progress on time and meet project milestones

Supervise and inspect mechanical and electrical installations on site to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards

Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to communicate project status and highlight any issues or delays

Collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate activities and resolve technical and construction-related challenges

Identify and resolve design and construction issues promptly to maintain project continuity and quality

Oversee installation works to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project requirements

Industry: Construction / General Contracting

Salary: $3500 – $4500

⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Monthly rest days: 4 days

Transportation Provided: Company bus pick-up at 8:45am from Kembangan MRT Station (EW6)

Benefits: Annual Leave: 14 days; Sick Leave: 14 days; Performance Bonus available

Work Location: Near Kembangan MRT Station (East West Line EW6)
