Open Position: Structured Banking Specialist

About the Role As a Structured Banking Specialist, you responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing corporate financing structures (structured & syndicated financing) by emphasizing cash flow, risk, and client needs, while ensuring that the structures are bankable, prudent, and competitive.

Responsibilities Support the origination process for corporate loans up to financial close Coordinate with MLA (Mandated Lead Arranger) throughout the structuring and syndication process Develop credit financing structures that are prudent, competitive, and aligned with client needs, including project finance, syndicated loans, and structured corporate finance Identify and mitigate risks related to credit, structure, legal, and operational aspects of the proposed financing structures Review and negotiate Term Sheets and Facility Agreements

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1); Master’s Degree (S2) is an added advantage Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the following areas: Structured Finance; Project Finance; Syndicated Loans; Corporate / Investment Banking; Export Credit Agency (ECA) Active proficiency in English Strong business communication and negotiation skills Preferably with experience from reputable Private or Foreign Banks in Indonesia
