HRD Manager

About the role We are seeking an experienced HRD Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Limabintang Sukses Makmur, a leading sport (Padel) & Wellness (family Reflexology) management company based in North Jakarta. As the HRD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's people strategy and ensuring our employees thrive in a supportive, inclusive work environment. This is a full-time position based in our North Jakarta office.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's strategic objectives

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations

Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and well‑being

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Leading and managing the HR team to deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and address HR‑related challenges

Providing strategic HR advisory support to the senior leadership team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the healthcare or related industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that drive organisational success

Proficient in HR data analysis and using HR information systems

A collaborative, service‑oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
