Distribution Center Finance Controller (Placement All Over Indonesia)

Distribution Center Finance Controller (Placement All Over Indonesia) This position will be based across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Supervise administrative teams across 2–3 Distribution Centers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs.

Manage Accounts Receivable, overdue balances, and collections to achieve AR targets.

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in

Odoo

in line with company regulations.

Oversee accurate bank reconciliations by customer and invoice number.

Manage cash flow for each Distribution Center.

Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for

AR, Collection, and Panjer .

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership ability and team management experience.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in

Odoo

and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
