General Manager Finance

Qualifications

Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Min. 10 years of experience in Finance within Property & Mall Industry (highly preferred)

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Proven experience in multi-entity consolidation and cost control

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Willing to be in Jakarta Area

Job Responsibilities

Lead overall financial management including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning for property and mall operations

Manage multi-entity financial consolidation and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance

Control operational and capital expenditures to improve cost efficiency and profitability

Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to management

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulators while ensuring strong financial governance

Lead and develop the finance team and present financial insights to stakeholders
