Senior Instrument Engineer

Principal responsibilities Responsible under guidance of Instrument & Automation Maintenance Manager for safe efficient and reliable routine and major engineering activity of a multiple unit at Gresik plant in Instrumentation and Process Control scope of work

Follow all company and safety procedure/rules Design and/or review the best process control strategy required as per the job assigned Design and/or review the best instrumentation system strategy required as per the job assigned Create EMOC on every modification required Create project estimation and selection Work with teams to completing CM and PM Liaise with regional platform Management & labor management in project basis Responsible for improving performance all Instrumentation and Process Control Issue Responsible for any urgent emergency call related with Instrumentation and Process Control

Required key skills (functional/technical) Knowledge and know how on Maintenance Programs, FMEA, RCA, CMMS/SAP PM Able to read P&ID, instrumentation wiring /loop diagram. Able to Install and calibrate field instrument Pressure, Temperature, Analyzer, and Vibration Protection Able to repair and calibrate control valve, positioner, and actuator. Able to programming DCS PCS7, PLC AB, Omron, TIA Portal Able to do instrumentation and process calculation using instrucalc or other software. Able to make drawing using CAD or other software. Able to lead Instrumentation team in operations, maintenance and troubleshooting activities of Instrumentation & automation system Excellent oral and written communication skills Understanding of the systems and processes used in The Linde Group Well organised
