Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Project Manager
based in Jakarta to support an upcoming power and energy tradeshow. This role will be pivotal in managing local partnerships, coordinating marketing activities, and liaising with key stakeholders in Indonesia to drive the success of the event.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact in Jakarta for our local supporting partner, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of agreed initiatives.
Coordinate with local industry associations and media partners to manage partnership agreements and ensure timely execution of marketing activities as outlined in contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key local stakeholders in the energy sector to support event objectives and engagement strategies.
Assist in local marketing efforts, including research and analysis of potential local visitors to drive attendance growth.
Monitor and report on the progress of local partnerships and marketing initiatives, flagging any issues and proposing solutions.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, and execution.
Support ad hoc projects as needed to strengthen the event’s presence and impact in Indonesia market.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in project management, preferably within events, marketing, or partnerships.
Good understanding of the local energy industry and familiarity with key associations and media channels in Indonesia is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
Experience in local marketing research and database management is a plus.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
