Account Manager (Supply) - Jakarta

Account Manager – Supply (Jakarta) Join Globale Media as an Account Manager – Supply based in Jakarta, Indonesia, managing client accounts and driving new partnerships.

Responsibilities

Manage existing client accounts, offering new solutions to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Acquire new clients, joint venture partners, and strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact and helping them reach their goals.

Monitor client activity, analyze performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend revenue growth strategies.

Build trusted, long‑term relationships with partners.

Consult client accounts globally to support the development of the customer acquisition strategy, directly impacting Globale Media’s success.

Requirements

Degree in business/economics/marketing (preferably marketing), with at least two years of experience in online or mobile marketing; performance or app marketing experience preferred.

Sales-oriented with a strong understanding of client needs and a service‑oriented mindset.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to track campaigns, activity, and market developments.

Strong communication skills and comfort talking to customers across cultural backgrounds.

Proficiency in mobile performance marketing, including KPIs, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tune, HasOffers, Adjust, etc.), mobile OS, app stores, and mobile platforms.

Excellent Chinese language skills; additional foreign language proficiency is a plus.

High responsibility, independence, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong time‑management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
