Qualification Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or related technical field. 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotels or villas) or other facilities management settings. Exposure to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repair. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices. Basic troubleshooting skills for systems like water heaters, air conditioning, and lighting. Ability to quickly address issues in a high-standard environment with minimal supervision. Basic English to coordinate with the team and follow instructions. Professional attitude and appearance
