Assistant Brand Manager

Position: Junior Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager Location: North Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Responsibilities

Support the Brand Manager in implementing the Brand Plan.

Develop and execute marketing plans for new product launches or re–launches of existing products.

Design promotion strategies to increase market share and brand awareness, driving target sales.

Provide guidance on brand communication to all branches and monitor ATL and BTL implementation.

Control the design and production of brand assets and materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and promotion within FMCG.

Knowledge of brand development, product launch, and promotional activities.

Strong communication skills and ability to establish relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Data analysis proficiency.
