Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager in Bali, Indonesia. The MEP Manager is a vital member of the building maintenance team, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems within the Nuanu area. Additionally, the MEP Manager will oversee and coordinate the MEP components and workmanship of ongoing construction projects in the Nuanu area.

Department & People Management
Lead, manage, and develop an in-house MEP department of up to 20 technicians and supervisors, operating in two shifts to ensure continuous operational coverage. Plan and control shift schedules, manpower allocation, leave planning, and workload distribution to maintain service level and response time. Set clear roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and performance expectations for supervisors and technicians. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and corrective actions when required. Build a strong team culture focused on safety, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Operational Management (Daily & Preventive Works)
Oversee all daily MEP operations, including preventive maintenance, corrective and emergency repairs, and operational troubleshooting. Ensure timely response and proper execution of Work Orders, including prioritization based on operational impact and risk. Coordinate closely with MEP Supervisors to monitor task execution across both shifts. Ensure all MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) operate reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with internal standards.
Technical Oversight & System Improvement
Review existing electrical power systems, HVAC, plumbing, and supporting infrastructure across operational venues. Identify technical weaknesses, inefficiencies, and safety risks, and develop improvement or upgrade plans. Lead implementation of system improvements, retrofits, and optimization initiatives. Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, method statements, and specifications related to MEP works.
