Marketing Executive

About the Role We are looking for a marketing executive to drive branding, offline activation, and KOL engagement initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation and revenue.

This role is execution-focused, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on.

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do

Execute branding and offline marketing activations (events, community meet-ups, POSM).

Plan and run lead generation mechanisms from offline activities and ensure they contribute to business revenue.

Manage KOL and streamer engagements (sourcing, coordination, activation).

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Handle multiple projects and adapt quickly to changes in priorities or timelines.

Prepare post-activation reports focusing on performance, insights, and improvements.

⚠️ This role does not handle digital or performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years

of experience as a marketing executive/brand executive (or 3+ years in the same company with proven growth).

Background in Gaming / Esports / Entertainment is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of how marketing activities generate

leads and revenue .

Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Hands-on mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
