Senior Document Export & Import Staff

Are you an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with a passion for managing customs documentation? PT Giant Transporter Indonesia, a leading logistics provider in North Jakarta, Jakarta, is seeking a dedicated Senior Document Export & Import Staff to join their dynamic team. This full-time role will see you overseeing the customer service and documentation processes that are critical to the company's import/export operations.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and directing the customer service team to ensure high-quality support and seamless communication with clients

Reviewing and processing all import/export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations

Liaising with government authorities and partner organisations to facilitate the clearance of goods

Identifying process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Providing training and guidance to the customer service team to develop their skills and knowledge

Reporting on key performance metrics and data analysis to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service or documentation supervisory role within the import/export or logistics industry

Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, authorities and team members

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in relevant software and documentation management systems

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
