Job Description: SMP Manager Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Management, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or a related field Professional certifications such as AK3U or other relevant compliance certifications will be an advantage

Work Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in Compliance within labor-intensive industries (Garment, Bags, Footwear) At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role Proven experience in handling buyer audits, third-party audits, and certifications such as BWI, SLCP, WRAP, SMETA, HIGG/FEM, GSV, and C-TPAT

Technical Competencies Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: Indonesian Labor Law compliance Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations Social and ethical compliance standards including WRAP, SEDEX, and BSCI Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 Social and ethical compliance standards including WRAP, SEDEX, and BSCI Environmental compliance (e.g., AMDAL and waste management regulations)

Managerial Competencies Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities. Strategic thinking with a long-term planning mindset. Excellent cross-functional communication skills (HR, Production, HSE, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal). Demonstrates high ethical standards and professional integrity.
