Job Requirement

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Broadcasting, Media, or related fields. Strong interest in TV, radio, or digital broadcasting. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of video/audio equipment is a plus. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able to commit for at least 3–6 months. Portfolio or previous media-related experience is a bonus (not mandatory).

Job Description

Assist in preparing and organizing content for live and recorded broadcasts. Support script writing, storyboarding, and on-air coordination. Help with technical setup: cameras, mics, lighting, and studio arrangements. Monitor live broadcasts and provide real-time support to production teams. Conduct basic research for program topics and guest preparation. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and content alignment. Maintain documentation and archives of recorded materials.
