Visa Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a Visa Specialist to assist clients in obtaining work and stay permits for foreigners in Indonesia. This includes managing documents such as HPK, RPTKA, eVisas, Business eVisa, KITAS, local registrations, and other required permits. You will also support clients with outbound visas for foreigners entering or leaving Indonesia, such as tourist or social visas.

Job Responsibilities

Guide clients through the complete permit and visa application process.

Coordinate and follow up with government offices to ensure timely processing.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation in our internal database.

Stay updated on immigration regulations and compliance requirements.

Manage relationships with vendors and government agencies to meet company needs and budgets.

Coordinate internally with related departments for all legal documents related to work permits.

Act as a company representative to update clients on project progress and provide solutions as needed.

Ensure strong understanding of legal compliance and immigration processes.

Requirements

Diploma in Administration or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent customer service abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.

Motivated, solutions-driven, and able to work independently.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Professional, adaptable, and proactive work attitude.

Experience and knowledge in company registration and permit processes is an advantage.

Strong administrative and correspondence skills (preferably).
