Our client is a leading Chinese-based heavy equipment manufacturer in Indonesia, currently looking for Sales Manager Truck to be placed in: Jakarta
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement plans to meet revenue targets, expand market share, and identify new business opportunities, including large fleet negotiations and tenders.
Customer Relations:
Build strong relationships with key clients, manufacturers, and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Operations:
Manage the sales department's budget, forecast sales, oversee inventory mix, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Product Expertise:
Maintain deep knowledge of truck models, features, and financing options (F&I) to support sales and training.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales data, report on performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree either in Business, Engineering, or other related field.
Minimum 5โ8 years of sales experience in trucks or heavy equipment.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, fleet sales, or tender projects.
Strong network and market knowledge in mining, logistics, or construction sectors.
Experience managing dealer networks, key accounts, and major clients.
Solid understanding of truck products, pricing, and financing (F&I).
Willing to be based in East Kalimantan.
