Client Details: Multinational Instrumentation & Engineering Company
Responsibilities
Grow target accounts and actively build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Identify, qualify, and develop new and existing customers; maintain accurate CRM data
Plan and execute sales calls while building strong customer relationships
Support Sales Manager in marketing campaigns, lead generation, and lead management
Monitor market and competitor trends to strengthen market presence
Act as key technical advisor and product advocate throughout the sales cycle
Support technology evaluation stages in collaboration with technical support teams
Communicate product value, applications, and regulatory compliance clearly
Engage with customer engineering teams to present tailored solutions
Represent the company at customer meetings, seminars, and industry events
Provide technical training and product knowledge to customer teams
Lead commercial negotiations to achieve win-win agreements
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Technology, Nutrition/Dietetics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or laboratory roles
Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (e.g. moisture analyzer, analytical balance) or relevant technical experience is preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Able to build relationships across all levels and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of sales and distribution with intermediate project management skills
Independent, self-motivated, results-driven, and energetic
Strong business acumen in identifying opportunities and proposing solutions
Demonstrates high standards, agility, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset
Holds a valid driving license
