two surf camps in Bali ,

two surf camps in Sri Lanka , a

restaurant , and additional hospitality-related ventures owned by the same group. This is a high-responsibility, multi-faceted role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hospitality management experience, and the ability to operate across cultures and countries. Role:

Expat General Manager Regions Overseen:

Bali & Sri Lanka Key Responsibilities Oversee daily and strategic operations of 4 surf camps (2 in Bali, 2 in Sri Lanka) Manage restaurant operations and support the development of additional hospitality ventures Lead and train international and local management teams Coordinate with local partners, vendors, and legal advisors in both countries Implement and monitor SOPs, budgeting, staffing, and guest satisfaction metrics Handle performance reporting, P&L oversight, and growth planning Assist the owner with other business initiatives and special projects Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in hospitality or surf/lifestyle brand management Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience in managing multi-location operations across borders Understanding of surf tourism and island/beach culture Culturally sensitive, adaptable, and proactive Fluent in English (bonus if familiar with Bahasa Indonesia and/or Sinhala/Tamil) Comfortable using digital tools for reporting, communication, and task management Background in start-up-style or entrepreneurial environments is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience and role scope) Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, values-driven company surrounded by surf, sun, and growth potential A long-term position with real impact and career development How to Apply Please send your
