Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affair. Strong knowledge of facility management, vendor handling, and asset control. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Familiar with GA budgeting, licensing processes, and safety regulation is a plus. Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure smooth operations of general services, including office, building, vehicle, and asset management. Monitor and control facility maintenance, utilities, security, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. Coordinate employee welfare facilities (canteen, transportation, events, etc.) in collaboration with HR. Lead cost control and budgeting for GA operations and ensure resource efficiency. Handle incident reports (with HSE), asset loss/damage, and coordinate necessary corrective actions. Supervise GA team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
