IT Business Analsyt (3 months project)

Contract Duration: 3 months ONLY (project-based)

Location: Cilegon (WFO)

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to IT Infrastructure or Data Center projects.

Strong ability to analyze business needs and produce clear

BRD (Business Requirement Document)

and

FRD (Functional Requirement Document) .

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.

Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Willing to work under a project-based contract for 3 months (NOT EXTENDABLE).

Willing to be placed on-site in Cilegon.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed BRDs and FRDs for technical implementation.

Collaborate with infrastructure and data center teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and aligned with technical capabilities.

Support project planning by identifying business needs, scope, and constraints related to IT infrastructure solutions.

Facilitate discussions and meetings between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Assist in validating solutions, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives.

Monitor project progress, track requirements, and provide updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
