The

MEP Engineer

will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works throughout the project lifecycle. You will review designs, ensure work execution aligns with technical specifications, and provide engineering support to the site team. This role requires strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality project delivery. Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documents. Coordinate MEP installation activities with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure all MEP works adhere to design requirements, industry standards, and local regulations. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality compliance. Support the planning and sequencing of MEP tasks to align with overall project timelines. Assist in resolving technical queries and providing engineering solutions to site challenges. Verify material submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and equipment selections. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems. Prepare technical reports, inspection logs, and progress updates. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in MEP engineering for construction or building services projects. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical power, ELV, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively. Experience with data center MEP systems (cooling, UPS, generators, cable trays, etc.) is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications. Familiar with MEP installation practices, standards, and local codes. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design/review tools (Revit is a plus). Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. High attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and strong analytical skills.
