Job Description:
1. Material Planning: Responsible for developing material coverage plans.
2. Production & Procurement Management: Coordinates retail material production scheduling; evaluates and manages external suppliers (printing and logistics).
3. Asset & Inventory Management: Establishes a retail material asset library/database; manages standard and seasonal material inventory in warehouses; forecasts material demand; establishes and manages a systematic process for store requests and replenishment of core materials.
4. Logistics & Distribution: Coordinates the logistics for transporting and distributing all materials to stores; ensures materials arrive at stores prior to the launch date.
5. Process & Budget Control: Establishes and optimizes standardized, efficient processes for material requests, approvals, and production; manages the dedicated material budget.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, or brand management.
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong data processing skills, with proficiency in Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Fluency in English
