Retail Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities : Fully achieve core business indicators such as sales, distribution, and inventory health. Systematically introduce new products to clients, develop and execute new product launch plans, effectively persuade clients to place orders, and accomplish new product distribution and sales targets. Independently conduct offline client negotiations, contract signings, and payment follow-ups. Regularly collect, track, and analyze PSI data (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) of key clients. Based on PSI analysis, diagnose client business conditions, identify issues such as excessive inventory, slow turnover, and stockout risks. Provide clients with customized inventory optimization suggestions, replenishment plans, and promotional solutions to proactively help them accelerate inventory turnover and enhance operational health. Oversee daily basic operations and maintenance of assigned independent online stores. Gather market competitor information, consumer feedback, and retail terminal insights, and report findings internally in a timely manner.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Proficiency in both Chinese and English. At least 1 year of offline sales experience in the retail industry, with preference given to those with distributor or key retail account management experience. Familiar with PSI or inventory management logic, with practical experience in business analysis using sales data and proposing improvement recommendations. Strong structured presentation skills, capable of professionally introducing new products and business plans to client decision-makers. Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, responsible, detail-oriented, steady character, and a team player. Focused on achieving sales goals and optimizing key metrics.
