Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor Veranda Hotels & Residences seeks a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities (room attendants, public areas, laundry).

Perform routine inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness.

Ensure all rooms are ready to hotel standards before guest check‑in.

Prepare work schedules and task assignments for housekeeping staff to maintain operational efficiency.

Provide training, guidance, and instructions to the housekeeping team.

Conduct daily briefings to give direction, information, and motivation to the team.

Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room requirements and repairs.

Maintain organized stock of amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational needs, damages or losses, and work results.

Control inventory of equipment and supplies.

Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request items when necessary.

Support SOP implementation and team readiness.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree.

At least 1 year experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel.
