Finance & Treasury Manager - Purwakarta Working location:

Responsibilities

Manage corporate banking, internet banking, payment workflows, and large-value transactions (land, construction, machinery/equipment)

Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage FX and interest rate exposure

Liaise with banks, tax authorities, BKPM, and external consultants

Oversee bookkeeping, accounting compliance, monthly closing, and audit processes

Manage corporate tax, VAT (PKP), and withholding tax compliance and reporting

Establish controls for invoices, contracts, and financial documentation, including retention and paperless processes

Oversee payroll processing, personnel cost control, and labor compliance

Review financial statements, monitor cash flow and receivables, and prepare reports for headquarters

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury roles

Strong experience in banking operations, cash flow management, and payment processes

Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (CIT, VAT/PKP, Withholding Tax)

Experience coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks

Familiar with financial reporting, month-end closing, and compliance processes

Experience in manufacturing or multinational company is an advantage

Experience working with or reporting to Japanese companies / HQ is a plus

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in English (Japanese language is a plus)
